Field Reports

We're new here — deliberately. Our reviews will come from this year's jobs, one honest inspection at a time, never bought, never borrowed. After each completed job we ask one thing: an honest review.

Every City We Hold The Line For

Arlington

Heart of the Metroplex, squarely in the North Texas expansive-clay belt, and neighborhoods from Dakotas-era tract builds to newer subdivisions south of I-20 show the classic mid-life foundation signs..

Burleson

Burleson is one of the fastest-growing cities in Johnson County, with a median home built around 2003 — right on the 20-year line where North Texas expansive clay starts moving slabs.

Joshua

Joshua's heavy clay soils shrink in drought swings and swell when the rain returns, flexing slabs and piers season after season.

Crowley

Crowley's growth out of the farm fields means newer slabs built on the same Blackland Prairie clay that moves North Texas foundations.

Cleburne

Johnson County's seat.

Alvarado

On the I-35W corridor at the Johnson/Johnson line, Alvarado homes ride the same expansive clay.

Mansfield

Mansfield's mature neighborhoods and fast infill building sit on shrinking-and-swelling clay.

Midlothian

Midlothian's explosive growth means thousands of slabs entering their second decade on active clay soil.

Fort Worth (Southeast & Benbrook)

Southeast Fort Worth and Benbrook are our home ground.
