Official Rules — Quarterly Free Foundation Repair Drawing
Effective October 2026. Questions: (817) 516-4539 — answered live 24/7.
1. Sponsor. Hold The Line Foundation Repair, 4798 Benbrook Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76116. Owner and program administrator: JW Marshall, Founder.
2. The prize. One (1) complete foundation repair of the winner's primary residence, using concrete pressed piers installed to engineering specification — including every pier the final engineering plan requires (no cap on pier count) — plus the standard lifetime transferable pier warranty. A drainage evaluation is included; drainage correction work, if recommended, is quoted separately and is not part of the prize. Partial acceptance does not create cash value. Approximate retail value varies by job (typically $15,000–$40,000). The prize is non-transferable with no cash alternative.
3. Frequency and dates. Drawings occur quarterly on January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15, beginning January 15, 2027. Entries received after a drawing roll to the next drawing. Sponsor may adjust dates for the first cycle and will post any change on this page before the affected drawing.
4. Eligibility. Open to natural persons who: (a) hold a 100% VA service-connected disability rating (schedular or permanent & total), evidenced by a VA award letter dated within the last 12 months; (b) performed combat service, evidenced on the DD-214 by a Combat Infantryman Badge, Combat Action Badge, Combat Medical Badge, Air Force Combat Action Medal, or a campaign/expeditionary medal for service in a designated combat zone; (c) own and occupy as primary residence the home to be repaired, located within the Sponsor's DFW-and-surrounding-counties service area; and (d) are age 18 or older. Employees and family of the Sponsor are ineligible.
5. Entry. Complete the application at https://holdthelinefr.com/veterans/ or by phone at (817) 516-4539. One entry per person per drawing cycle. No purchase necessary to enter or win; a purchase or inspection does not improve the odds of winning.
6. Verification and document handling. Every entry is verified before the drawing. Documents (VA award letter, DD-214) are reviewed only by the Founder, used solely to verify eligibility, stored privately, and destroyed within 30 days after the eligibility decision — except a winning entry's documents, retained only as required for tax records. Documents are never sold, shared, or used in marketing. Submitting fraudulent documents disqualifies the entry permanently and may be reported to authorities.
7. Drawing and odds. One winner is selected at random by the Founder from all eligible verified entries on each drawing date. Odds depend on the number of eligible verified entries. Past non-winners remain in future drawings automatically unless they withdraw by calling (817) 516-4539.
8. Winner notification. The winner is notified by phone and email within 7 days of the drawing and must confirm acceptance and complete engineering scheduling within 30 days, or an alternate winner is drawn.
9. Publicity. Winner may, at the winner's sole option, take part in a story about the repair, at whatever comfort level the winner chooses — first name and city only by default. Refusing publicity never affects the prize.
10. Taxes. The prize may constitute taxable income. The Sponsor issues IRS Form 1099-MISC where required. The winner is responsible for all taxes.
11. Conditions. Void where prohibited. This drawing is a no-purchase sweepstakes conducted under Texas law; it is not a lottery or raffle, and no ticket, fee, or purchase is ever involved. Repair work is subject to standard contract terms, engineering feasibility, and safe site conditions; if the winner's home presents conditions making pressed-pier installation infeasible (rare), the parties discuss alternatives in good faith, and the Sponsor is not obligated to perform methods outside its standard practice.
12. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy and Section 6 above.
